1996
Omi do Brasil and Daiwa do Brasil, producers of Open-end cotton yarn, Carded yarn and Combed yarn become part of LPR’s supplier portfolio.

1991
Company started as Lourival Piaz Representações Ltda, when Mr Lourival Piaz decided to apply his experience in the textile market to undertake the commercial representation of textile yarns for knitting and weaving in Santa Catarina. Santana Têxtil, Fiotex, Ceará Têxtil, CTN (Cia Têxtil do Nordeste) were the first suppliers.
2006
With the growing demand for imported yarns, Felipe Bittencourt joins the corporation with the mission of expanding the network of synthetic yarn suppliers in Asia, especially India, Indonesia and China.
2003
The market increase the demand for yarns of Polyester, Polyester Viscose (PV), Viscose and Nylon. LPR establishes partnerships with importers in São Paulo to represent these yarns in Santa Catarina.
2008
With the expansion and internationalization of activities, the name changed to LPR BRASIL REPRESENTAÇÃO IMPORTAÇÃO E COMÉRCIO LTDA. In that same year, LPR obtained the Pro-Emprego (Tax Regime in Santa Catarina State), reducing the payment of ICMS on own imports, or imports on behalf of third parties.
2006
First importations. Creation of the importation department and start of services of consultancy in foreign trade, customs brokerage and importation in behalf of third parties. First importation order is placed in February by a customer who has been a LPR partner ever since.
2014
Realization of the Project "Jornada Viva", an immersion of knowledge and life experiences with employees.
2011
New business expansion and new corporate name change. Now the company is renamed LPR BRASIL REPRESENTAÇÃO, COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS LTDA.
2018
Through the Ethereum network, LPR participates in the first international shipment using Blockchain technology to book containers.
2015
LPR receives the "Prize Prima Duta Award" from the Ministry of Commerce of Indonesia, as one of the greatest commercial partners with that country.
2020
Amidst the Corona Virus pandemic, LPR sees new business opportunities and in May creates OUTFOG, a brand of products aimed at the optical segment. In November, with the success of OUTFOG, LPR won the 19th Gustav Salinger Entrepreneurship Award in the Marketing Case category.
2021
LPR's entry into the Blumenau Innovation Center (CIB), an exclusive space for discussing new ideas and opportunities.
